How can I contact the store owner?

What if there is a problem with my order?

If I sent you the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged, please email me at sales@teddymuffs.com within 14 days of your order being delivered, and I will get a replacement sent out to you. Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds due to the nature of my products.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as you request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase before your order is shipped, I can offer a full refund. Once your item has shipped an option for cancellation is no longer available.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. It depends on the final weight of your package and the destination. You can see the shipping total during checkout before finalizing your order. This cost does not include any customs or duty fees your country may charge. For orders over $50, shipping will be free with Insurance and Tracking.

*International Order* Any customs or duty fees are not included in any shipping fee. You are responsible for any extra charges your country may charge.

When will my order ship out?

Typically orders will ship within 2-4 business days (not including weekends) Some orders that are larger might take between 3-6 business days (not including weekends).

How long does shipping take?

Default shipping is through USPS and shipping within the states varies from 2 to 14 business days. (Depending on shipping option selected) International shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. (First Class Mail does not include tracking or insurance)

These are estimates, not guaranteed times. Due to COVID-19, some of these times are extended due to shortage in mail carriers. Please follow your tracking number before inquiring about a missing package.

Can I track my order?

Orders that selected First Class Package USPS have tracking and insurance. The tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Orders that opted for First Class Mail shipping are shipped as flats through USPS postal mail and will not have tracking or insurance.

International orders may have tracking, depending on the destination. Some countries have full tracking, some have limited tracking, and some have none. Most times your Customs number will be your tracking for your country.

Can I combine orders?

I cannot edit already placed orders, but I can adjust the second shipping cost  and combine the orders in 1 shipment, as long as your first order has not shipped yet. Just leave me a note in your checkout window or email me at sales@teddymuffs.com letting me know and add both your order numbers. *If you paid in US currency only*

(Shipping cost will first be calculated and adjusted with the added items weight)

How can I leave a review?

To leave a review just click on the 'Write a Review' underneath customer reviews on the homepage or any product page. You will also receive an email asking for a review a few days after your order has been fulfilled.

An item I want is sold out. Is there any way to pre-order it for next time?

I don't do pre-orders, but if it's out of stock then I encourage you to subscribe for an email update when I fully restock the shop. As well as any new items that might be released!

What payment types do you accept?

I accept credit cards, PayPal, Venmo. Google Pay and Shop Pay.

My card was declined, but I can still see a pending charge (or I was charged twice).

If your card was declined, the declined charge will still show on your account temporarily. It should go away within 24 hours. If not, contact your credit card issuer. If you attempted to use the card again, and the charge went through, then it will look like you've been charged twice. Again, the declined charge will go away within 24 hours.
